Blossom Sheetfed Process Colours are unique process set, based on advanced polymer technology that provides faster setting times and yet improved ductfreshness. It is recommended for wide range of coated stock, art boards, matt paper, uncoated paper and boards available with the commercial printer.

Ink Adjustment
Blossom Process Set is supplied press ready and needs no adjustments. Consultations with our technicians in case of, substrate variations and printing under extreme climatic conditions that might change the rheological properties of the ink, are recommended. Use of any reducer available in the market is not recommended without consulting our technical services.

Ductfreshness
These inks provide the printer with high 'skin free' times on the press.

Lithographic
These inks achieve rapid and stable ink water balance under varied press conditions. This reduces cost for print waste, faster make ready. Stable balance ensures high and consistent print quality with minimum dot gain.

Tack Stability
Blossom Process Set offers excellent tack stability. The tack stability performance data, under controlled laboratory conditions on Digital Inkoscope, can be availed off on request from our technicians.

Varnishability
Blossom Process Set is suitable for both UV and Aqueous Varnishing. However, sufficient solvent flash off time is recommended before varnishing so as to achieve desired gloss levels.

Colour Strength
The four colours are reasonably high strength by both tint and print density.

Gloss
The inks achieve excellent degree of gloss levels on thorough drying.
